About Me

I am Head of Housing Litigation and dispute resolution at Lewis Silkin LLP and work for many of our landlord clients, including many Registered Providers of social housing.I am regularly advising and assisting our clients with all housing management issues, including anti-social behaviour (Injunctions/ASBOs and possession), non-occupation and sublet (tenancy fraud), leasehold and service charge issues and all other aspects of housing management, including non-contentious policy/procedure advice.I also have significant experience of dealing with Protestors acting for a number of clients seeking injunctions to restrain and limit the behaviour of protestors under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
